Add PI BLRMS

As we move to higher powers, PIs are coming up. It would be helpful to have some BLRMS (maybe the broadband ones, not the specific ones, just so we know to go look for something). H1:OMC-BLRMS_32_BAND1_BP_OUT16, bands 1-7. Definitions can be found (at LHO) from the PI overview screen, misc section of buttons, broadband monitor button.
