Most locklosses from 101->2 fail at LHO

At LHO, because of the code we have in history.py that checks if a 101->2 lockloss is actually an X->3->101->2 lockloss, most of the locklosses that are just from 101(ACQUIRE_DRMI_1F) seem to hit the assertion at the bottom and fail. This doesn't seem to happen all the time?

This isn't high priority at all because it is just a lockloss from acquiring DRMI and not many people look at lower level locklosses like this, but it would be nice to solve.
