first pass at mapping-based precompute

Lee McCuller requested to merge lee-mcculler/pygwinc:precomp2 into precomp

Added mapping based arguments for more "passive" precompute. Backwards compatible now, but I will updated the actual "precomp" functions and noise calculations to use the precompute output structs.
