Cannot test on Debian bullseye due to requiring a boost version that is not available

AEI hosts a bullseye build of framecpp, but I cannot install it as it requires libboost-program-options1.67.0 which is not in bullseye (it is in buster and stretch backports) or in the AEI bullseye repo.

Not sure if this is the right place to mention it.

I do not have a bullseye production system, but saw there were .debs for it and wanted to test code on a newer os.
