BayesWavePost still lokes for numbered ifo ASD files

I tried to run the sample GW150914 run, but BayesWavePost failed with the following error: Unable to open file bayeswave_1126259462.420000076_0.0_0.0/IFO0_asd.dat

It looks like it's still looking for numbered ifos instead of named ifos following the recent change.

I couldn't find where exactly this happens in BayesWavePost.
