Remove parent child relationship between BayesWavePost and megasky

megasky can run as soon as BayesWave is done running and doesn't need to wait for BayesWavePost to finish. Need to change logic in pipeline that makes megasky the child node of the BayesWave job instead of the BayesWavePost job.
