Prior recovery issue in orientation proposal

Following up on @bence.becsy 's question from the call this morning; the prior recovery for Phi (extrinsic parameter) is a bit wonky when using the orientation proposal. Attached are the distributions for the extrinsic parameters for constant likelihood runs, for when the orientation proposals are on (default) and when specifically using the --noOrientationProposal flag.
