Change filename in pipeline

When Tyson merges his psd-prior branch, the files rundir/L1_asd.dat etc will be renamed to rundir/L1_fairdraw_asd.dat etc. This file is passed to BWP in the cmd line, so the pipeline needs to be updated to point to the new files.
