fixed checkpoint errors in glitch model, enabled checkpointing in cleaning phase
I was able to reproduce the checkpoint failures in the glitch model, and this update fixes those, as well as enabling checkpointing for the cleaning phase.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
