fix previous bug in the median t-domain waveform
Introduce new file to print the median f-domain waveform rather than use the t-domain file as a placeholder.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
