For example, when setting a sampling rate of 4096 Hz and a maximum frequency of 800 Hz, I get `IndexError: boolean index did not match indexed array along dimension 0; dimension is 524289 but corresponding boolean dimension is 1048577`. This seems to be fixed by setting the sampling frequency to 2048 Hz. This should include the same extrinsic marginalizations as the full likelihood so it would probably need to be done before reconstructing the marginalized parameters.https://git.ligo.org/lscsoft/bilby/-/issues/516Number of likelihood evaluations not being saved2020-11-26T15:31:24ZMichael Williamsmichael.williams@ligo.orgNumber of likelihood evaluations not being savedI noticed `num_likelihood_evaluations` isn't being saved in results files if `likelihood_benchmark=True`.
Unless I'm missing something, I think it can simply be added to `save_attrs` [here](https://git.ligo.org/lscsoft/bilby/-/blob/mast...I noticed `num_likelihood_evaluations` isn't being saved in results files if `likelihood_benchmark=True`.
