Viewing angle as parameter

It'd be good to be able to specify viewing angle as a parameter in which to sample. Here I define viewing angle = |iota|, ie this is simply saying that I don't care about the face-on vs. face-off properties. This would be nice to have when doing followup of GRBs and so on
