Make plots of inclination posteriors return cos(iota) by default

Plots of inclination angle posteriors should give plots of cos(iota) rather than just iota. As iota is sampled from arcos(-1) to arcos(1) the resulting posterior distributions end up looking somewhat dubious.

For example, here's a plot of the posteriors as they would appear at the moment: bad

And here's the same posteriors after taking cos(iota): good
