`fast_tutorial.py` failing for v0.6.9

My CI is failing when I run the fast_tutorial with the following error: https://git.ligo.org/lscsoft/pesummary/-/jobs/812438. This is with bilby v0.6.9. This same job worked with bilby v0.6.8: https://git.ligo.org/lscsoft/pesummary/-/jobs/799258.
