Add LIGO India Aundha coordinates
The coordinates of LIGO India are absent in bilby. The updated coordinates are available here https://dcc.ligo.org/DocDB/0167/T2000158/001/LIO_coordinateSystem.pdf
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 17 March 2026 starting at approximately 1200 EDT (1600 UTC).
