Module schwimmbad is not listed in sampler_requirements.txt

When running the ptemcee sampler, requirement schwimmbad is not satisfied after installing sampler_requirements.txt. I would have put in an MR for this, but I was not sure if there was a reason for this.

I don't think there is any reason other than that this is only needed if one wants to parallelise runs. I'd be in favour of adding it to the requirements.
