Update the bilby_result method to enable merging results with inconsistent parameters

The bilby_result tool is used to merge runs in bilby_pipe. Under unusual circumstances, users can end up with "inconsistent" priors, but nevertheless want to merge. We should either make it a warning or provide an option to ignore this.
