FEATURE: Compute the per-detector likelihoods as part of post-processing

Currently, in post-processing we compute a lot of additional quantities (see this function and within). It would be great if these could also include the per-detector likelihoods.

This should include the same extrinsic marginalizations as the full likelihood so it would probably need to be done before reconstructing the marginalized parameters.
