add generation of distance posterior from marginalized likelihood

This MR will add functionality to reconstruct the time/phase/distance posteriors when using the marginalised likelihood. I've currently got the distance reconstruction working.

I'm not sure where this should live in the code long term. I've currently put it into conversion.py.
