Add description for latex_label format

This MR adds one line of description clarifying the format so latex labels will be rendered properly.

Hi @sylvia.biscoveanu, thanks for updating the docs on this! If you're able to take a look at !618 (merged) would you mind updating this MR to take those changes into account? I think that MR will mean that the raw string format will still work and if parentheses are used either r'' of '' will be required so that it doesn't try to interpret the string as a new prior class. It would also be good to give a specific example of which characters need a double escape, or a link to a list of them.
