Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 23 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT. This is the complete part of !651 (merged) but I thought it would make more sense to split this up into separate MR since it included large amount of changes, also this part of it seems to be complete for now but Not the HealPixPrior quite yet.
