Issues with version information

Due to changes in bilby (bilby!609 (merged)), the version information won't be explicitly printed. In order to aid debugging we need to

• Make the bilby_pipe autoprinting version method also print the bilby version
• Update the --version method to print the bilby version as well
• Save the bilby and bilby_pipe version information to the result object in the meta_data
