SNR when injecting into real data is meaningless?

I think the SNR when injecting into data read from a frame may be dodgy. This is due to the SNR calculation always using the default PSD. We should move the calculation of the injected SNR to somewhere like https://git.ligo.org/lscsoft/bilby_pipe/blob/master/bilby_pipe/data_generation.py#L521.
