Default f_ref is not appropriate in review.py

By default, the reference frequency is set to 100 Hz. This might not really be meaningful when the total mass is large. For example, even for '4s' case, 100 Hz is above MECO frequency and for the 'high_mass' case it's above the ISCO frequency. The frequency should probably be set to something lower.
