bilby_pipe 1.0.7/1.1.0 release

It would be amazing to get a bilby_pipe 1.0.7/1.1.0 release that includes Resolve "Address whether the XML conversion can... (!465 - merged). I think this would directly address the incompatibility with GWpy 3.0.0 noted in https://git.ligo.org/computing/helpdesk/-/issues/2885#note_608073.

Can this please be arranged quickly?
