Adding warning check for ROQ and time-marginalization
Until bilby#663 (closed) is resolved, users may mistakenly set time-marginalization
and use an ROQ likelihood which will result in them being unable to produce the final posterior. While there are quick hack workarounds (e.g. not setting a generation function), I think for now it would be best to print a red warning so that users avoid this combination unless they know what they are doing.
Clear if the reconstruction gets implemented, this is obsolete: I'm simply opening it to remind myself to review this before the next release.
