Remove temporary pin of matplotlib

If !515 (merged) is merged, we have a temporary pin of matplotlib to resolve a gwpy issue: https://github.com/gwpy/gwpy/pull/1586. This issue is to remind us to remove that pin once there is a gwpy release.
