Create framework for creating P-P plots

To test/review code it is useful to produce P-P plots. It would be useful to have a pipeline option to

• Create a set of injections following prior distribution
• Create set of runs to analysis injections (with option to submit automatically)
• Collect together quantiles for true injection parameters
• Produce set of plots to illustrate calibration of the posteriors
• Perform statistical tests of P-P distributions (K-S test per parameter and Fisher meta test of these p-values?)
