Plotting tweaks

Just a few thoughts for improving plotting that is done.

• Make all plots pdfs by default.
• For the intrinsic corner plot, we should plot source-frame quantities.
• Don't plot the full corner plot, or have an option to remove it. With calibration, it's huge and basically useless.
• Try to reduce the time range for the time domain waveform plot (this may be a bilby issue).
