Updated glue.datafind for python3
This merge fixes some parsing issues in glue.datafind under python3, and some pep8 issues. There are no changes to the user interface.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 23 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
