superevents() query not returning complete set of superevents
The superevents()
method is not returning the correct superevents from GraceDb
. This is probably not machine specific issue as the same result is being reproduced on my local machine, NEMO and CIT. Also Leo Singer has tested this with the same result (see discussion here emfollow/gwcelery#22 (closed))
The query
argument also returns incorrect results, even in python 2.7. For example:
- This query on
t_0
returns 6 superevents
In [20]: import sys; print sys.version
2.7.9 (default, Jun 29 2016, 13:08:31)
[GCC 4.9.2]
In [21]: sids = [s['superevent_id'] for s in g.superevents(query='t_0: 1212500075 .. 1212509575')]
In [22]: sorted(sids)
Out[22]:
[u'S180608bj',
u'S180608bk',
u'S180608bl',
u'S180608bm',
u'S180608bn',
u'S180608bo']
- While running the same query in GraceDb returns 8 superevents (see screenshot)
