gstlal-1.10.1 build error against LALSuite-7.13

Trying to build gstlal-1.10-1 against LALSuite-7.13 and it's failing with:

gstlal_sngltrigger.c:30:10: fatal error: lal/LIGOLwXMLInspiralRead.h: No such file or directory
 #include <lal/LIGOLwXMLInspiralRead.h>
          ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
compilation terminated.
