- and remove a tonne of unused #include statements (who added all this stuff!?)
- while it might seem like doing inspiral injections would be a nice feature, this code is using a very obsolete interface.  if somebody ever wants to run this again, and wants to do inspiral injections, it would need to be reimplemented using the modern interface, so it's better to clean up what's here now to make that easier.
