can't find documentation in pipeline artifacts

@adam-mercer : With this week's updates to the CI, I can't find documentation output in the build artifacts anymore.

Before, there was a nice directory structure to browse online, e.g. https://david-keitel.docs.ligo.org/-/lalsuite/-/jobs/188652/artifacts/opt/lalsuite/share/doc/lalpulsar/ (artifacts of that job have been long deleted, so the link won't work, but just to illustrate the path.)

Now, it seems only deb and rpm jobs are done by the pipeline, no more plain makes. I already find that inconvenient as a developer, but if it's necessary for downstream integration, so be it. However I've tried to download and browse through these package files, e.g. from the rpm and deb lalpulsar jobs of !523 (merged), and can't seem to find the doxygen documentation in them at all. Are these just too well hidden for my limited understanding of the package formats, or missing from the builds?
