Creating a lal.REAL8FrequencySeries with various members set to None causes a segfault
Generally, when I create a REAL8FrequencySeries
, I don't actually care to set the name or units to a meaningful value. In Python, leaving these fields blank means setting them to None
. However, this segfaults:
psd = lal.CreateREAL8FrequencySeries(None, None, 0, 1, None, 16384)
This should not segfault. At worst, it should raise an exception. At best, it should set the missing fields to sensible default values.
