CI jobs failures

@adam-mercer @duncanmmacleod These days CI build jobs failures are pretty common. It's rare for a full pipeline to pass without re-starting jobs 3-4 times, which is tedious. I'm going to use this issue to post CI job failures as I find them. I hope this will help improve the CI jobs to a point where they are reliable again.
