docker configuration for PE
Hi,
It would be very useful if we could use the docker images for the LALInference-based analyses. In order to do that, we'd need:
- a version of lalsuite with the "--enable-swig-python" and "--enable-fast-gsl" configure options, and:
- lalpulsar configured with "--enable-swig-python --enable-fast-gsl --enable-openmp --enable-cfitsio"
- lalinference configured with "--enable-swig-python --enable-fast-gsl --enable-openmp"
- lalapps configured with "--enable-fast-gsl --enable-openmp --enable-mpi --enable-cfitsio"
- lalsimulation not configured with "--enable-openmp"
- the "corner" python package (github.com/dfm/corner.py)
- the "skyarea" python package (github.com/farr/skyarea). This dependency is soon to be removed with @leo-singer's work.
- the bayeswave code from svn.ligo.caltech.edu
- "lalsuite-extra"
- the "ROQ_data" folder from /home/cbc/ROQ_data on CIT (will soon be under version control now that there are working example of git lfs).
