Add test suite for LALApps codes in HeterodyneSearch/

@matthew-pitkin As just discussed, a simple test script for knope would be nice so that breaking changes in lalpulsar or lalinference would get noticed automatically, e.g. something like the file rename that made !486 (merged) necessary.
