ephemerides for pip users
Nowadays, pip install lalsuite works nicely and provides both import lalpulsar for all SWIG-exported library functions and the various CW lalapps_xyz executables. However, ephemerides files are not included simply due to their size, and it's still not clear what's the best way to package them up for this use scenario. (Discussion is ongoing.)
