WIP: SEOBNRv4 calls wf generator twice

Around L490 in lalsuite/lalsimulation/src/LALSimIMRSpinAligned.c it seems that the wf generator is called twice if the SEOBNRv4 approximant is passed. Is it meant to be that way? BTW this is causing failures, in at least the case in the file attached. Issue raised by Sarah in https://bugs.ligo.org/redmine/issues/6110 Hope Sylvain can take a look at it.testSEOBv4.py
