Common conda environment failing on arm mac

When following the documentation to build from source, the creation of the conda environment contained in the common/conda/environment.yml file fails on arm-based Macs. This failure is caused by the inclusion of texlive-core in the recipe file, which appears to not be available in any of the accessible channels for this hardware. After commenting out that dependency, the environment successfully builds.
