LALPulsar point release required for O4 SFT/Fscan production
Release details
A point release of LALPulsar is needed to fix a few bugs found in SFT/Fscan codes required for O4 DQ/production running. I anticipate that this will only require changes to executable codes, and not liblalpulsar.so, so there should be no ABI compatibility issues.
