Possible memory leak caused by lalpulsar

LHO upgraded its hwinjection on June 27 2023. Since then, the psinjection process is leaking about 1 Mb per minute, which forces a restarts about once a week.

The psinjection process hasn't changed, but it's now starting lalpulsar_Makefakedata_v4 in subprocesses, where it used to run lalapps_Makefakedata_v4. LLO is still using lalapps and is not seeing memory leaks.
