Description

Not used anyone in other LALSuite test scripts
- testMFDv4.sh: use lalapps_splitSFTs instead of lalapps_ConvertToSFTv2
No longer a need to convert to v2 SFTs
Only other useful feature was SFT frequency band extraction, which is covered much more powerfully by lalapps_splitSFTs
