Update HeterodynedPulsarModel.c: allow inclination to be defined using IOTA
Currently the source inclination in HeterodynedPulsarModel.c can only be defined via COSIOTA. This MR allows it to be defined by an IOTA parameter as well.
Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 23 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
