macOS wheel builds failing due to GCC internal compiler error

macOS wheel builds are failing with the following error message:

From the nightly builds, it is apparent that this started between October 28 and October 29. The only dependency that I can think of that had a release on that date was MacPorts itself. I have reported this as https://trac.macports.org/ticket/73267.
