lalsuite version not written in log files

Hi @avi.vajpeyi @gregory.ashton,

I don't see the lalsuite version (nor the git hash) written anywhere in the log files or in the pbilby_generation output.

It would be a very nice and useful feature to have now that pBilby is so actively used by so many people that tend to mess around versions like myself.

Maybe it could be printed together with the other git hashes of the bilby packages in the meta_data variable that is produced during the data generation with parallel_bilby_generation.

I am sure you already know, but just in case, the git hash from lalsuite can be taken as

from lalsuite import git_version
git_version.id

What do you think?
