Python 3.8/3.9 tests failing

Starting from the 20th November, pesummary's Python 3.8/3.9 tests started to fail (the Python 3.7 tests are working fine). This could be related to the release of astropy==5.0 since this was on the 19th November and only for python>=3.8.
