Waveform plots and NRSur approximants

When running summarypages on an bilby results file produced using the NRSur7dq4 approximant summary pages fails to produce a waveform plot in some instances.

The error which seems to relate to this is

fMin should be 0 or >= 8.36128062 for this configuration, got 5.00000000

but at no point is a value of 5-Hz (knowingly!) passed to PESummary, and it is set as 0-Hz in the bilby config file.
