Need to test ligo.raven.search.search() in the case of external trigger and superevent coincidence

• Need to upload an external trigger file to gracedb-dev1.ligo.org that is coincident with a superevent trigger
• Check that ligo.raven.search.search works in labeling both the superevent and the external trigger with EM_COINC labels
